How we Communicate with our Members

The OJAY Style Card team loves keeping in touch with our members, but just like you, we hate spam and irrelevant communications clogging up our inboxes.

So we thought we’d just share our communications principles with you:

* We will never send you spam and we will only send you what is relevant at the time
* Our conversations with you will be based around news, events and offers
* We don’t wait for a monthly newsletter - if we have something to share, we’ll share it!
* If we ever ask you to nominate friends for a competition or offer, we will only ever send them one email notifying them of your referral and ask if they would like their own Style Card. We do not keep their email addresses or contact them again (unless they join of course)
* If you are not enjoying what we are sending you, let us know - we have already made several changes based on member feedback - just email stylecard@ojay.com.au or make a reply to this post
* If you feel like you don’t want to be apart of these communications you can unsubscribe (email stylecard@ojay.com.au with your name and the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE).
