Do I need to have a mobile phone/email address to become a Style Card member?

Yes, you will be required to submit a mobile number and email address to receive an OJAY Style Card. If there are any problems with your account, we will notify you via SMS. You will not be charged for any messages you receive from OJAY. When signing up, you can opt to receive SMS notification of special OJAY promotions.

Why does it tell me my mobile number/email address already exists when I try and sign up?

OJAY may already have your details. If this is the case, please sign in the existing member log in with your mobile or email address.
Here you will have the option to update your details or cancel your membership. Select “Update your details”, then fill in the form. Once complete, your OJAY Style Card will be sent to you in the mail.

If lost, how do I replace my Style Card?

If you have lost of misplaced your card, you can log your purchase to your account in-store using your Style Card details (mobile number and email address).
If you are awaiting your Style Card in the mail but wish to make a purchase or partake in a special promotion, you can opt to receive your Style Card on-the-spot in-store.

How do I update my details?
When you receive email correspondence from us, you can select ‘update my details’ in the footer of the email to update your details.

How do I cancel my Style Card membership?
Send an email to stylecard@ojay.com.au with unsubscribe as the subject line.
