“I don’t have a mobile phone, does this mean I cannot become an OJAY Style Card member?”
To become an OJAY Style Card member you must supply us with a valid email address and mobile phone number.
By including a mobile phone number means that we are able to contact you via SMS. SMS messages will be sent for administrative purposes, for example if your email account is not working. Otherwise we will only send you messages if we feel the current promotion warrants special attention. Any SMS messages sent by us will never cost you anything to receive.
Being contacted by SMS is optional and you are asked to select this option during the sign-up process.
I want to become a member but I don’t have an email address, does this mean I cannot become an OJAY Style Card holder?
You are required to supply a valid email address in order to become an OJAY Style Card member. This is so we are able to communicate our offers, events, sales and news with you.

My mobile number/email address already exists when I try and sign up?
OJAY may already have your details. If this is the case, please sign in the existing member log in with your mobile or email address.
Here you will have the option to update your details or cancel your membership. Select “Update your details”, then fill in the form. Once complete, your OJAY Style Card will be sent to you in the mail.
Where can I pick up my OJAY Style Card and $30 voucher?
Simply head into any of our OJAY stores (excluding clearance outlets) to collect your OJAY Style Card and $30 voucher from one of our friendly staff.

How do I know if I’ve won?
All winners will be notified via email and/or mobile. The winners will also be published on the OJAY website.
I lost my card, can I get a new one?
Yes you can. Simply head into any of our OJAY stores (excluding clearance outlets) and let one of our friendly staff know what has happened. They will reissue you with a brand new OJAY Style Card on the spot.
Can I enter an offer if I don’t have my OJAY Style Card?
If you have misplaced, lost or have forgotten your card you can use your mobile phone number or email address as a way of putting purchases against your OJAY Style Card.
If you have signed up online and not received your OJAY Style Card, please speak to a staff member and they will issue you your OJAY Style Card on the spot. You will then be able to take part in the offer.
How do I update my details?
Select the Update my details link, enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to your profile.
How do I cancel my membership?
Just send an email to stylecard@ojay.com.au with ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.
