Returns

Thank you for shopping with OJAY! 

We accept returns on the basis of exchange, change of mind (in non-sale periods) or a faulty garment, providing the items are in a saleable condition, unworn, unwashed and the with original tags still attached. All requests must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase as per your invoice.

Please note that Online purchases will receive a return form in the delivery. Otherwise, please email info@ojay.com.au and request a returns form which you will need to complete and send back to us with the garment and invoice. 

Please note that change-of-mind refunds are not available during sale periods.

 

Exchange of Size/Garment Return:-

Please return the garment(s) to us in the above stated condition together with our returns form within 10 days from date of purchase. All return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. In the event that we cannot exchange for the size you have requested we can offer you either an OJAY Online Store credit (valid for 6 months), or a refund of the purchase price.

 

Please include a self-addressed satchel in your return so that we may send off your item(s).

 

Change of Mind Return:-

Please ensure garments are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Garments cannot be overly worn, washed, dry cleaned or altered in any way.

Please note that change-of-mind refunds are not available during sale periods.  

 

Faulty Garment Return:-

Please ensure the garment(s) are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Garments cannot be overly worn, washed, dry cleaned or altered in any way.
