Returns

Thank you for shopping at OJAY online. Please note: We do not refund purchases for ‘Change of Mind’. For faulty items you will need to contact customer service customerservice@ojay.com.au or call 61-3-9827-4244 and give details of the fault and will be issued with a returns authorization number and instructions on how to return your item back to OJAY for a full credit. 

Once you receive your returns authorization number, please enclose your receipt and with your merchandise within 10 days of receipt of the goods, in a satchel/box and mail to the below address. To obtain a refund: 

• Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt
• Item/s must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached
• Receipt/Printed Invoice must be included in post
• Include this form with return authorization number (please call OJAY to acquire)
